A multi step recruitment process to ensure top quality
We interview cleaners every week with an acceptance rate of under 5%. All candidates under go a multi step process
1. Background check – We are very strict for the protection of our clients and reputation. We require ID, proof of address and national insurance papers
2. Face to face interview – We will discuss the cleaner’s experience in more detail whilst looking at other areas such as English comprehension, attitude and professionalism.
3. Test Clean – The cleaner will clean one of our properties followed by an in-depth inspection to determine if we will onboard them. Most cleaners fail at this point.
